Getting started

Fledge imports your eBird data. In eBird, choose My eBird > Download my data. In Fledge, open Settings > Import eBird Data and select your eBird CSV export or the ZIP file from eBird.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases are billed by Apple through the App Store. Premium costs $9.99/month, $59.99/year, or $149.99 for a one-time lifetime purchase. These are US prices; check the App Store for your local price and applicable taxes before purchasing.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Fledge.
To restore a purchase, sign in to Fledge and open Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. The paywall also has a Restore Purchases button.
Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

While signed in to Fledge, open Settings > Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps to delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
